St Albans Health Check
Visitors from across Hertfordshire and London enjoy the bi-annual Health Check put on by the St Albans Seventh-day Adventist church.
This free event provides a ‘health MOT’ where visitors can participate in over 12 health stations ranging from BMI, blood pressure, age analysis and nutrition.
A GP is available to interpret all your results and recommend the next steps in your health journey.
